We recently developed a shopping cart website using Shopify, which is fully developed E-Commerce CMS website tool (a ready to use shopping cart). Where we came in was to help customize the design and modify some of the cart features to be more in line with the customers products. We also consulted on how to use Shopify and added most of the content. One advantage of Shopify is the plug and play features for shipping with UPS and accepting credit cards.
