Any tool that exports CSV or XLSX files — Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, KWFinder, Serpstat, and more. The column mapping step handles any column order or naming convention, so no reformatting is needed before importing.

Yes. All core features work independently. The Targeted Page column — which shows which page is targeting each keyword — only appears when one of those SEO plugins is active.

No. The plugin only runs inside the WordPress admin. Nothing is loaded on the front end. The SEO plugin integration uses a single database query regardless of how many keywords are displayed, so there is no performance impact on your site.

No. All keyword data is stored in your own WordPress database and never sent to external servers.

CSV (comma, tab, or semicolon delimited — auto-detected) and XLSX (Excel 2007+ format). If you have an ODS file, open it in Google Sheets and download as XLSX first.

There is no hard limit. For best performance, keep individual imports under 10,000 keywords and use the configurable per-page setting to manage display speed.

Yes. Each upload is saved as a separate named list. All keywords are visible in a combined table, and in the Pro version you can filter by individual list to isolate a specific client or campaign.

The PHP ZipArchive extension is required for XLSX imports. It is enabled by default on most shared and managed WordPress hosts. CSV imports work on all standard hosting environments.

CSV export — including targeted page URLs — is available in the Pro version. The free version covers import and management but does not include export.
