What's the difference between the free and Pro version?
The free version covers the full core workflow — import from any keyword tool, manage lists, see which page targets each keyword, and detect duplicates. Pro adds advanced filtering by list, volume, and difficulty range, manual keyword entry without importing a file, bulk list deletion, and CSV export with targeted page URLs included.
What keyword tools are supported?
Any tool that exports CSV or XLSX files — Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, KWFinder, Serpstat, and more. The column mapping step handles any column order or naming convention, so no reformatting is needed before importing.
Does it work without Yoast, RankMath, SEOPress, or AIOSEO?
Yes. All core features work independently. The Targeted Page column — which shows which page is targeting each keyword — only appears when one of those SEO plugins is active.
Will it slow down my site?
No. The plugin only runs inside the WordPress admin. Nothing is loaded on the front end. The SEO plugin integration uses a single database query regardless of how many keywords are displayed, so there is no performance impact on your site.
Is my keyword data sent to any external servers?
No. All keyword data is stored in your own WordPress database and never sent to external servers.
What file formats does it accept?
CSV (comma, tab, or semicolon delimited — auto-detected) and XLSX (Excel 2007+ format). If you have an ODS file, open it in Google Sheets and download as XLSX first.
How many keywords can I import?
There is no hard limit. For best performance, keep individual imports under 10,000 keywords and use the configurable per-page setting to manage display speed.
Can I import keywords from multiple tools or campaigns?
Yes. Each upload is saved as a separate named list. All keywords are visible in a combined table.
Do I need any special hosting requirements?
The PHP ZipArchive extension is required for XLSX imports. It is enabled by default on most shared and managed WordPress hosts. CSV imports work on all standard hosting environments.
Can I export my keywords after importing them?
CSV export — including targeted page URLs — is available in the Pro version. The free version covers import and management but does not include export.
