A Decline in Support and Reliability

One of the first major problems I noticed was customer support. Wait times ballooned to 45 minutes or more, and when I finally reached someone, it was always a first-level rep who had to escalate the issue. What used to be a simple fix became a frustrating, hours-long ordeal.

Then came the DDoS attacks. Since Bluehost relies on shared hosting, if one site on the server got attacked, every site suffered. Websites slowed to a crawl, sometimes for weeks. And unlike better hosting providers, they refused to migrate affected sites to another server, leaving customers stuck.
