The short answer to that question is maybe. I only say maybe because perhaps your intern, nephew, or receptionist is a qualified web developer with years of experience. If on the other hand they are not, then my answer is a very firm no!

I understand that WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace have some great marketing and are always telling you that anyone can do it. It is quick and easy and you will save a lot of money.
